Fees
There is a fee for lodging an appeal before the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal.
- Cash, cheque, money order, credit card or EFTPOS for $66.50 (as at 1 July 2009) must accompany the Notice of Appeal Form.
- Cheques should be made out to Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal.
Fees are increased annually at the end of each financial year. Please contact us if you have any queries.
