Evidence

This should be exchanged with the other parties and given to the Tribunal as a result of the directions given at the directions hearing.

Similarly any photographs, audio visual material, plans, maps and other documents, will have been given to the other parties and to the Tribunal as directed. (above).

As a general rule evidence which has not been given to all other parties as directed, is not allowed at the full hearing. Where it is admitted any resulting delay will be considered when determining the costs application.
